Website hosting and technical delivery
This website is built and hosted using Webflow. Technical access data, such as IP address, browser/device information, and access time, may be processed to deliver and secure the website. The proposed legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, reflecting the interest in reliable and secure website operation. Webflow describes its processing and international-transfer arrangements at https://webflow.com/legal/privacy-faqs and https://webflow.com/legal/dpa.

Training inquiries
The contact form requests a contact name, athlete name and age, email, training goals, selected package, and an optional telephone number and message. We use inquiry information to respond, discuss suitable training, and arrange appointments. Depending on the inquiry, the proposed legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for pre-contractual steps or Article 6(1)(f) GDPR for responding to general inquiries. Parents or guardians should contact us for minors. Please do not send medical information or other sensitive details through this form.

Form and email service providers
Webflow supports form processing and storage. Our business mailbox is hosted by United Domains. Email correspondence is processed through that service. The applicable contracting entity, processor arrangements and retention settings must be checked before publication. Service providers may receive information as needed to provide these services.

Videos and external resources
The website uses Vimeo video content and external scripts delivered through jsDelivr, including Finsweet Attributes and multi-step form functionality. Requests to external providers can disclose technical information such as IP address and browser details. Vimeo describes its player cookies at https://help.vimeo.com/hc/en-us/articles/26080940921361-Vimeo-Player-Cookies. Do-not-track parameters do not mean that all third-party processing is eliminated. The final loading and consent behavior must be checked before publication.

International processing
Webflow reports that customer and end-user information is stored in the United States and describes Data Privacy Framework certification and contractual safeguards in its documentation. Transfers by other providers and the safeguards applicable to this site's configuration must be verified before publication.

Retention
Proposed policy for review: inquiry information is retained while needed to respond and manage the inquiry. If training is arranged, relevant records are retained for service administration and applicable legal obligations. Specific deletion routines and provider retention periods must be confirmed.

Your rights
Subject to the GDPR's conditions, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, and data portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing relies on consent, consent may be withdrawn for the future. You may complain to a supervisory authority, including the Hessian Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information: https://datenschutz.hessen.de. Contact info@d1athletics.de to exercise rights.

Providing information
An email address and sufficient inquiry details are needed to answer your request. Optional details are not required to contact D1 Athletics. Submitting an inquiry does not confirm a booking.
